Standard Big Bags
The Standard Big Bags are produced with flat or circular woven polypropylene fabric and can be either laminated or non-laminated. They are often used for efficient transportation and storage of any products weighing up to 2200kg.
Cross Corner Big Bags
The Cross Corner Big Bags are produced from circular woven fabrics with loops stitched onto the body. They do not include any side seams and can sometimes be fitted with vertical fabric reinforcement.
Type A-B-C Big Bags
The static energy generated during the filling and unloading of products can cause electrostatic discharge, resulting in explosions if there are dangerous substances in the environment. Therefore, antistatic big bags can be used to prevent these dangers.
Type A Big Bags: Used in the filling, transporting and unloading of non-flammable and non-explosive products. Made from fabrics which don’t protect the product from the buildup of static electricity.
Type B Big Bags: Used in the filling, transporting and unloading of non-flammable and non-explosive products but can be used to transport dry and flammable powders. Produced from low voltage and resistance fabrics.
Type C Big Bags: Used in the filling, transporting and unloading of products where flammable and
explosive substances are present. Made from fabrics containing conductive fibres.

Customized Big Bags are produced in accordance to the customer’s demands, depending on the quality, size and type of product to be stored in the bags.
Gusseted Woven PP Bags
The Gusseted Woven PP Bags are designed to make sure that the products inside the bag are upright, making it easier to stock.
Woven PP Fabric
Woven PP Fabrics are often obtained in the form of rolls or cut pieces before the manufacturing of apparel and other goods. They are preferred due to their resistance to heat, coldness, humidity and other extreme conditions.
Sewing Thread
Sewing Threads are made from either polyester or polypropylene and are often used for completing the packing at the end of the manufacturing process. Customers can request their desired number of turns.

Form Stable Big Bags (Q-Bags)
Within the Q-Bags are built-in baffles which ensures an upright position and prevents them from bulging after they are filled. Different panel types can be requested and applied to the Q-bags, for example ‘standard baffle’ or ‘net baffle’, which enables maximum storage space.

The UN Big Bags are produced according to the United Nation’s regulations in regards to the transportation of hazardous cargoes in order to avoid any dangers and risks during this process.

to the big bags, is applied according to the requirements and requests of the customers (e.g. LDPE, MDPE, HDPE, PA, aluminium, etc.)
